Ordering Information

Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Your quote or order can be sent via fax (903-297-2470) or email, doors@bandlcabinets.com. Please use our order form and use door size only, not opening sizes. Use a new ordering form if you change the door style, inside/outside edges, or panel profile.
Each order must be approved by you in writing before it’s placed into production. Order approvals received before 10:00 AM between Monday-Friday will be put into production that day. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be put into production the following business day. Once an order is put into production, we will not be able to make changes. Our lead time for doors is around (7) business days. If you are wanting a rush order then an expedite fee will be added.
Warranty
All claims, including shortages, must be made within (14) days of the receipt of order. Any products claimed to be defective workmanship or material must be returned to B & L Cabinets unfinished and prior to any installation of glass, hanging, hinging for our inspection. Credit will be issued subject to our inspection. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the net invoice price of the doors in question, sold by us.
To reduce the risk of warping, we will automatically split doors taller than 48” into two equal panels. A charge will be added per extra panel. Doors and drawers ordered outside of the size recommendation or without the add panels will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Sizing and Tolerances
We manufacture to exact sizes, however because wood is a natural product that expands and contracts as the environment changes, at the time of delivery we allow for +/- 1/16” of the requested dimension, and less than 3/16” warpage on 40” tall doors.
Boring for Hinges
If you are wanting us to bore your doors for hinges check Bore L (Left) or Bore R (Right) for each door on the door ordering form. If you are wanting a door bored on the bottom please write “bore bottom” in the notes section. Our standard bore pattern is cup only with no dowel holes. If you want your doors to be bored with cup and dowels please specify. Our standard bore placement is 3 ½” on the center from top of the top rail edge and bottom of the bottom rail edge to the center of the bore hole. Call for special bore placement. Any doors over 45” tall will automatically receive 3 hinges, 55” tall doors will automatically receive 4 hinges, and 65” tall doors will automatically receive 5 hinges unless otherwise requested.

Please call for our standard door pricing list. We price doors by the square feet. We have a 2 square foot minimum for doors and drawers. Slab fronts only will have a 1 square foot minimum. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please ask for a quote.
